Our Cows: We started with Red Devon cattle crossed with other English breeds. We have brought in more than heat tolerance to the herd by adding S Poll genetics. South Polls were developed in Alabama to flourish in the heat of the summer in the S. Our Cherry Devon, South Poll, and others (Angus and Senepol) cross cattle are thriving in our grass fed-simply program. Our cattle are raised in Randolph County without whatever hormones or antibiotics, resulting in unsurpassed gustatory modality and tenderness.
Processing: We are lucky enough to live in a region where there are several smaller quality USDA or NC State certified processors. Our animals are processed per our management and each cutting comes labeled and individually vacuum packed and frozen.
Delivery: We may have what you want in stock or we tin can let y'all know timing of availability. Depending on your location we may exist able to deliver, meet you, or y'all can selection it up at the farm.

We are happy to give you recipe ideas to utilize these incredibly nutritious items!!
